No More Pain, No More Neuropathy | How Bryan Transformed His Health with Mastering Diabetes

Neuropathy Taking Its Toll

Before committing to the Mastering Diabetes method, Bryan had been experiencing neuropathy for 4 years. He would regularly feel pain and numbness in his legs, feet, hands, and fingertips.

Things hit an all-time low when his work required him to drive all day long to manage various projects, and his legs would get numb from all the driving. He had previously read about the Mastering Diabetes program but had never gone all-in on the diet and lifestyle. He decided he was finally ready.

Breaking Free From the Brisket

Prior to taking the leap to try this approach, Bryan never thought he’d give up tacos, brisket, and other foods he had always loved. Now, he found himself skipping the bacon, huevos rancheros, and other cultural meals he’d always enjoyed, and instead opting for bagged salads with rice and lentils.

It ended up being easy to do, because the neuropathy went away almost immediately. Experiencing life pain-free made him feel free, so changing his diet felt more than worth the effort of learning new food habits. He accepted that this is what he had to do in order to feel good, and he hasn’t looked back. He was, and still is, grateful for the knowledge.
