Position Description
Mastering Diabetes has been helping people reverse insulin resistance and improve their quality of life for many years now!
We help our clients through live masterclasses, online programs, recipes, retreats, and personalized coaching.
There has been so much interest in the coaching program that it’s now time to bring on a person solely dedicated to enrollment.
The coaching enrollment manager will help prospective clients learn about their options for coaching and walk them through the sales and enrollment process.
We care deeply about our clients needs and know that it is important for each client to be matched with the correct program and coach to achieve their goals. Our coaching enrollment manager will be doing this fun and rewarding work.
This position will work directly with and report to our co-founders, Cyrus and Robby.
This is a flexible part-time position, where you’ll need to take initiative and work independently to be successful at serving our clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities of a Coaching Enrollment Manager
- Manage the flow of prospective clients through the sales and enrollment process with our existing software programs.
- Guiding prospective clients to make a decision that is in alignment with their goals
- Communicating with prospective clients via phone, text, and email to assess their readiness for coaching.
- Maintaining advanced knowledge of the Mastering Diabetes Coaching program offerings and how they differ from other options in the marketplace.
- Completing the client enrollment process with every new client .
- Tracking communication for proper follow-up.
- Provide suggestions to improve the sales and enrollment process and ways to better serve our clients.
- Interact with potential clients with respect and professionalism.
- Treat confidential information confidentially.
- Participate in team meetings as necessary.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Must have excellent written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
- Must be comfortable leading a conversation and guiding prospective clients through the sales process.
- Must have 2-3 years minimum experience with sales.
- Must be self-motivated, self-sufficient and able to properly manage one’s own time.
- Must have flexible availability to work as scheduled which may occur on weekends or evenings in addition to regular business hours.
- Must provide your own computer and internet connection. Client communication will occur via an internet connection.
- Must be committed to self-improvement and accepting of feedback.
- Must have basic knowledge about health, wellness, diabetes and insulin resistance.
Work Environment
Our team is 100% remote! We have flexible schedules and communicate frequently. We have a fun, uplifting, accountable environment so we all perform our best. You will need a quiet interruption free location to be able to perform your role.
We utilize technology to communicate as a team and host virtual meetings. We use software such as Zoom, Trello, G Suite, and Slack.
We’re excited to provide detailed training via video modules, recordings as well as live video conference training. Total estimated time period from training to operation on your own is approximately 1 month.
